In a joint venture with Rivers of the World , The Beech Foundation sponsored the development of educational materials to encourage and assist school groups, youth groups, and families interested in embarking on International Service trips. A video is now available, in part based on a 2002 service adventure Jeff and Greta helped their children (Bethany, Brenna, Bailey and McKenzie) complete with ROW in the village of Esparanza, Dominican Republic. The family, along with college student and computer-wizard Richard Foshee, teamed with ROW to take computers into this village to help the people there establish a computer-based education capability which the local citizens will take responsiblity for carrying forward.
